Anna joined McNair Group in August 2025, quickly becoming an essential part of the team’s daily operations. As a Licensed Realtor and the group’s Operations & Showing Assistant, she helps to manage the complex logistics of property preparation - from vendor repairs and inspections to coordinating showings. Her transition into the industry began in 2020 through the management of short term vacation rentals in Maui, where she developed a sharp eye for property maintenance and guest relations. 

Anna moved to California from Belgium in 2012. She holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Management and an Associate’s degree in Accounting. Before pivoting to real estate, she spent seven years as a marketing manager in the telecommunications sector, including a tenure at Alcatel-Lucent. 

Outside of the office, Anna enjoys life in California with her husband and their two children. An avid traveler and explorer, she loves camping, hiking local trails, and finding a quiet spot to read on the beach whenever she has the chance.
