The goal of our market listing team is to create a polished yet livable environment to highlight your property's unique features. We take a customized approach to selecting stone, tile, fixtures and faucets, appliances, lighting, flooring, hardware such as house numbers or drawer pulls, and plants for landscaping.



Vendor Management & Coordination

Due to our high volume of listings, McNair Group has a large network of vendors that we consistently use for market preparation services. Our listing manager will oversee the entire house preparation process to ensure that the house looks its best, photographs well, and gets sold in a timely manner. We will work with you to strategically schedule vendors such as painters, flooring/carpeting companies, handymen, house/window cleaners, landscapers, stagers, photographers, floor plan designers and copywriters. We also make it our job to stick to the agreed-upon budget and make certain that vendors get paid promptly. The listing manager also works in conjunction with our marketing and graphic design team to produce the finest marketing materials in the business to showcase your property.
