Kelly Griggs is a highly experienced Broker Associate with McNair Group under Coldwell Banker Global Luxury, bringing over 17 years of expertise in real estate sales and advisory. As a recognized Global Luxury Specialist, Kelly excels in high-end property transactions, offering exceptional service and tailored solutions to clients in Atherton, Menlo Park, Redwood City, Palo Alto, Portola Valley, Woodside, and beyond—up and down the Peninsula.

Of her 17 years in real estate, Kelly spent 10 years as a top Coldwell Banker sales associate and 7 years as the Managing Broker for Coldwell Banker’s Menlo Park, Palo Alto, and Portola Valley offices. During her leadership, she led the number one Coldwell Banker real estate office in the country for its size for three years. In this role, Kelly oversaw over 190 agents and support staff, fostering growth, education, and a strong office culture. She served as a critical conduit between agents, marketing and legal teams, while navigating and resolving deal issues to support her agents’ success.

A Peninsula native, Kelly’s deep roots in the region and her personal experience living in Atherton, Burlingame, Menlo Park, Portola Valley, San Mateo and Woodside give her clients an insider’s perspective in these sought-after communities. Married and a proud mother of three, Kelly is actively involved in her community and enjoys fostering connections and providing exceptional support to her clients. Her extensive knowledge of the area’s public and private schools—enhanced by her personal experience as a past student and a current parent—makes her particularly adept at guiding families with confidence in their real estate decisions.

Kelly’s professional background also includes work as a Strategy Consultant at Accenture, and a Manager within Gap Inc’s Real Estate Strategy team, which has equipped her with a unique blend of market insight, analytical skills and business expertise. Combined with her B.S. in Business Administration from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, Kelly brings a strategic and analytic approach to helping her clients achieve their real estate goals.
